Our Summit Powerlifting team traveled to Baltic on the chilly morning of Saturday, January 17 with 7 student-athletes competing. Almost everyone set new personal records (PR's) and we had a few lifters bring home some awards. I am very proud of this group for their hard work and dedication. It is refreshing and encouraging to see young people willing to put in hard work to better themselves! Our high school lifters are beginning preparations to improve on their numbers and compete in the South Dakota State Class A High School Powerlifting Meet Championships on March 7th in Baltic!
