Reminders for the Waubay/Summit Basketball Games:
• All students may attend. Children in 5th grade or lower must be accompanied by a parent with a ticket.
• Four tickets for each rostered family (including coaches and managers) will be distributed.
• If you are attending junior high games and do not have a ticket voucher for a C-Team, JV or Varsity athlete, please leave after junior high games have concluded.
• Upon completion of the player’s event, family members are strongly encouraged to leave the facility to improve social distancing.
o Please avoid congregating and exit as quickly as possible.
• Everyone attending, including players and coaches when not participating, will be strongly encouraged to wear a mask.

3 of these cases took place over the Thanksgiving holiday break.
Close contacts (within 6 feet for a total of 15 minutes) in all of these cases have been notified. We have many more students and staff wearing masks in the school building. It is important that we all monitor for symptoms and take care of each other.

Summit students donated 812 items to this year’s food drive. All items were given to the Summit BackPACH program. Thank you to all students who donated.
Congratulations to the 1st grade class, who donated the most items per student in the elementary. They won a movie party with snacks provided by the Student Council.

Good afternoon, this is a quick COVID update. We have had a staff member test positive. The staff member has not been in school since Thursday, November 5th so there will be no defined close contacts.

There has been a glitch in the ordering of the Mustang Basketball Order in which some charges were mistakenly added. If you ordered, you will be refunded. The Mustang Basketball Gear is available at HTTPS://mustanghoops2020-21.itemorder.com. The store will remain open until November 19th! Order online and your order will come right to your home!

There has been student who tested positive for covid 19 in the 8th grade class. The student has not been in school since Thursday, Nov. 5 so there are no close contacts in the school building. Please continue to monitor for symptoms and stay home if not feeling well.

We have had a positive covid 19 case in our elementary. All close contacts as defined by the department of health have been notified. Please continue to monitor for symptoms and stay home if you don't feel well. If you have questions or concerns please don't hesitate to call.
